Deposits are required within 7 days of inquiry and agreement unless arranged otherwise.

If no deposit is received within that time frame, the date desired is not guaranteed.

All bookings require a non-refundable session deposit to reserve your desired date within the timeframe of inquiry.

Deposit is good for up to 1 month if we both reschedule due to emergency or weather incident from the original desired date.

Once 1 month is up without client rescheduling, a new deposit is required, unless given notice of a valid emergency situation with proof on why client hasn't rescheduled.

Cancellations made by client due to non-emergencies / non-weather incidents are required a new deposit to reserve new date.

Prior Deposit is no longer valid and non refundable due to cancellation, it is then collected as a cancellation fee.

Payments can be made online via Paypal / Google Wallet / or in person in a form of money order or cash.
Clients / Models under the age of 18 must have an guardian / adult present / consent to photograph.
Boudoir Sessions / Implied are 18+ only.
If you want to print any of the photos for business / resale / marketing, printing rights are required and available for an additional fee unless included in package.
